SENA’s Public Employment Agency proposes strategies and mechanisms to advance the plans and programs of employment assigned to SENA by the National Government. It also supports the design of policies, plans, programs and projects relating to the job information and the coordination between labor needs and vocational training programs, occupational certification, employment, entrepreneurship and technological development that to be performed by SENA.
It facilitates the organized contact between job seekers and companies requiring human talents; all of it through a web-based tool available at www.sena.edu.co. Likewise, it counts with a network of offices with a nationwide coverage, with teams of professionals who advise and guide the needs of employers.
This service has a permanent availability of qualified and unskilled job profiles in different areas and levels of vocational training.
In like manner, and to support the achievement of skilled and unskilled human talents required by companies, the SPE provides and implements Job and Entrepreneurship Fairs in each of the country’s Departments (States), where hundreds of companies have vacancies for individuals seeking and employment in the region - a place where talent and opportunity do meet.
